When I act and speak the truth, does love motivate me?
It is the last day of Christmas, also referred to as “Twelfth Night,” the eve of the Epiphany. As we wind down the calendar celebration of the Incarnation and stand on the threshhold of new beginnings, we are reminded that our God became flesh and now walks within us on the journey. Our lives should be a testimony to that sacred truth, imbued with love and consistent with the truth we speak. This is a picture of the meditation garden located just outside the doors of our parish church. A slow, deliberate walking of the labyrinth as a prayer focuses attention to this spiritual resolution. We invite everyone to come and participate from time to time so that in doing so, our steps on the journey are of benefit to the entire world.
